We may collect Data about our clients, donors, shoppers, sponsors, prospects and visitors.
Data are collected when install, access, or use the services we provide, and when you otherwise interact with us.
These are the Data we collect and they are gathered directly from you through the Data collection form carrying the information you provide us with.
We process Data you provide directly to us, in particular when you complete a data collection form by way of subscription. For example, we collect Data when you create an account to support our charity, buy our charity merchandise or otherwise communicate with us.
We are committed to taking appropriate measures designed to keep your Data secure. Our technical, administrative and physical procedures are designed to protect Data from loss, theft, misuse and accidental, unlawful or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, use and destruction.
We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to Us, both during transmission and once it is received.

For promotional or sales communications, you may opt out of receiving promotional or sales communications from Safe Haven Effort or other business associated with the charity by following the instructions provided in those communications or by sending an email to us.
If you email us to unsubscribe from our commercial email messages, please include the word “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the email subject line.
Please note that if you opt out of receiving promotional communications, we may still send you transactional or relationship messages, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
To manage complaints effectively and to ensure consistency of response, Safe Haven Effort Support Department is responsible for responding to complaints, with the exception of Trading or Shop complaints.

We hope our fundraising activities inspire and engage people together to build long term relationships and help bring about a world free from the injustice of poverty. Our approach to fundraising is underpinned by three principles
Safe Haven Effort values your feedback and takes your comments seriously. We will acknowledge your complaint within two working days and aim to resolve complaints within 14 days of receipt. If you remain dissatisfied your complaint will be referred to a more senior member of staff who will resolve the issue.
